Founder’s Note

I founded VIU Partners with a simple belief: recruitment works best when it’s built on trust and real relationships.

My career began in financial markets as a broker in equity derivatives before moving into the commodity trading industry. Later, I spent seven years building and leading the commodity trading division of an international recruitment firm. That journey showed me the impact recruitment can have when it blends deep industry knowledge with a pragmatic, human approach.

At VIU Partners, I bring these worlds together: the technical understanding of commodities and the personal touch of authentic recruitment. I speak the language of both clients and candidates — focusing on long-term value and uncovering the potential beyond a CV.
